Small Groups

At Merrimacport UMC we believe the purpose of small groups is to encounter God’s redeeming love for the world and to respond by participating in God’s action in the world.  Therefore we encourage people of every age to be in a variety of small group programs.  All small groups concentrate on teaching, learning, fellowship and support.  Although the context of each program may vary, the intent is to encourage participants to grow in a knowledge and love of Jesus Christ in their lives.

We Currently have 3 Bible Studies, all studying a variety of topics, and meeting at the church. Please contact the church for more information on the studies, and all are welcome to join us.

Morning  Bible study meets at 10am on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays.

Evening Bible study meets at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays.

Adult Sunday School meets at 10 AM on the 2nd and 4th Sundays.

There may be additional small group opportunities. Please contact the church for more information. Or if you feel led to begin a small group study, please contact the pastor for any assistance you may need.
