Community Ministries

Santa Parade-In 2010 the church entered the Santa Parade with our “Peace on Earth” float.  Plans are underway for 2011!

Merrimac Old Home Days-This is an annual summer event where we are involved in selling lobster rolls to the community.

Merrimac Telephone Directory – The Merrimac Telephone Directory is created by the church and is a wonderful ministry to newcomers and all Merrimac residents.

Boy Scouts-Merrimacport United Methodist Church has a wonderful partnership with Troup #41.  They meet Monday nights and assist us in a variety of ways such as snow shoveling and phone directory delivery.
