There will be a Christian concert at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 hosted at the Merrimacport United Methodist Church. The concert by Dan Schall will be about one hour in length with old hymns, country gospel, some bluegrass, stories and testimony. A free will offering will be taken to support this music ministry.

Schall’s music and testimony is uplifting and encouraging as he conveys the love and hope of Jesus Christ. Dan stutters when he speaks, but the Lord has blessed him with a singing voice of praise to share the Lord’s words through music. In his early years of his life he was filled with anger, feeling that God had forsaken him but later experienced God’s love personally. Even though he had difficulty in being able to share what Christ had meant to him in spoken word, God gave him a voice to share through song. Through his concerts he is able to encourage others with this message of hope. Dan Schall lives inZelienople,PA., with his wife Linda.
