Here’s what’s happening at the Merrimacport United Methodist Church during Holy Week & Easter 2015: There is  “Mad About Jesus” Sunday School Through Science during Sunday morning worship for PK – Grade 6.

• Palm Sunday | Sunday, March 29
Palm Sunday worship at 10 am.  All welcome.

• Holy Thursday | Thursday, April 2
Holy Thursday Tenebrae Service at 7 pm with Holy Communion and extinguishing of candles.

• Good Friday | Friday, April 3
Worship at at the Port Church at 7 pm, co-led by our church and our sister church, Good Shepherd UMC. Come experience why “Good Friday” is good.

• Saturday Prayer Vigil | Saturday, April 4
Church open 7 am through 7 pm for prayer.

• Easter Sunday | Sunday, April 5
Ecumenical Sunrise Service at 6:20am at Carey Park (111 River Rd)
Easter morning worship at 10am to celebrate the resurrection of the Lord!
