We’re in the midst of a weekly Lent study based on Adam Hamilton’s The Way. We met for dinner, built graham cracker houses with a flat roof, then went upstairs to watch the DVD and read Luke 5 the story of the paralyzed man who was taken through the roof by his friends since they couldn’t get through the crowd! So we had two teams carry a “paralyzed person” on a mat around an obstacle course! Then we decorated our houses (complete with M&M crowds inside the house) and then ate our roofs! Good, meaningful fun.
